Customer service - Omer knew how to be good about how to help us get to the right product and Halil (his brother) helped to make a lamp that we wanted.
Product - they sell a nice authentic product which they make themselves. It looks great.
Price - I thought they were quite good on price. I didn’t have to haggle like in grand bazaar. They charged me a fair price.
They wrapped our stuff properly, changed cables and plugs for US and in a way that it will go comfortably. I was short some cash and Omer drove me to get the money from a ATM (yes I know what some of you are thinking but this is a trustworthy family owned business and people who derive joy in what they do)
